The Longroom is on the constant look out for talented and enthusiastic staff.

We look for wait and cocktail / bar staff who love working in the hospitality industry and have excellent knowledge of products and the ability to up sell.
The main requirements of these roles include:
  • Successful applicants will have proven experience in table service or behind a bar in similar venues for a minimum of two years.
  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.
  • Providing timely and outgoing service and anticipating clients needs.
  • Establishing rapport with customers that supports repeat and new business.
  • Continually updating knowledge and skills whilst growing your understanding of all Food & Beverage products offered by the venue.  
  • Developing team morale and staff motivation by assisting and supporting fellow staff members.
  • Demonstrating sound knowledge of all food and cocktail menu’s along with the wine and spirit list on offer.
  • Adhering to presentation and staff grooming standards.
  • Passion for the industry is a must.
You will have strong communication skills and an ability to build rapport with all guests. It is vital that you understand the importance of great customer service and are capable of providing nothing less than the best to our guests.  Energetic and friendly attitude a must!
